Stress-Free Flying
  • Make reservations early and request seat assignment at this time.

  • Request seat on exit row or just behind the bulkhead for more room.

  • Ask skycaps to carry your luggage.

  • If you have trouble walking make request for wheelchair or motorized cart in advance.

  • Prevent stiffness during a flight with simple range-of-motion exercises and getting up and stretching as much as possible.

  • Whenever possible book a non-stop direct flight to avoid the inconvenience of having to transfer planes.

  • Try to avoid traveling at peaks times of the day like the morning and late afternoon.

  • If possible bring medications aboard with you in your carry-on luggage just in case your luggage gets lost.

  • Build in an extra day to your trip to help recover from jet lag.
